The ADAM-X Trauma is a life-like, full-body adult patient simulator specifically designed to maximize realism in trauma scenarios. This model integrates the core anatomical and procedural functions of an advanced simulator with the Hemorrhage-X3 bleeding pump system, providing a fully immersive and memorable training experience.

The simulator features a faithful reproduction of a man’s anatomy, with human-like soft skin and flexible joints. It is durable, easy to clean, disinfect, and suitable for training in any environment, making it ideal for military and civilian trauma emergency exercises.

Integrated Bleeding System

The ADAM-X Trauma includes an integrated Hemorrhage-X3 bleeding system to bring realism to trauma scenarios.

• Internal tank capacity is 2.5 liters of simulated blood.
• Features a flow rate of 100–400 mL/minute (depending on the trauma limb used).
• Supports both Continuous (Venous bleeding) and Pulsating (Arterial Bleeding) types.
• The tutor controls bleeding parameters (including a Heart Rate of $20-220~BPM$) remotely via a web application and the Hemorrhage-X App.
• The system automatically detects pressure applied to the bleeding wound, turning off when the bleeding is fully obstructed.
• A timer automatically tracks bleeding events, ensuring an accurate debriefing session.

Core Procedural Capabilities

• Airway: Features realistic anatomy (tongue, epiglottis, vocal cords, trachea, and esophagus). Supports airway maneuvers (head tilt, chin lift, and jaw thrust), insertion of oro- and nasopharyngeal airways, oro- and nasotracheal intubation, insertion of supraglottic devices, and practice of right main bronchus intubation. Includes needle and surgical cricothyrotomy.
• Breathing & Chest: Supports bag-valve-mask ventilation with realistic chest rise and fall. Allows for thoracic needle decompression and chest tube placement.
• CPR: Ideal for Basic Life Support training. Features anatomical landmarks for heart massage and realistic compression resistance.
• Other Skills: Supports Abdominal thrust maneuver, Urethral catheterization, and Intraosseous insertion.
